It can be said everything in the story started from this simple concept - Chara is in charge of the day while Frisk is in charge of the night. Sans is busy… I mean, he has to deal with these two he has extremely opposite feelings for. And this is the point everything goes wild and crazy.

(Obvs there’s a lot of prior context to this scene, but here’s the short version:)
We got into a fight with two Krakens who were actually shapeshifting assassins from Malark’s old guild on a mission to take him back;
Malark was going to sacrifice himself to them to keep the party safe; and Paddy got gay and emotional.
